How fast can we start?
An audit can usually begin within one to two weeks. The intro call is the first step and takes 30 minutes. I take a limited number of engagements at a time, so availability moves.
Do you work remotely or on-site?
Both. Based in Riyadh, working with teams globally. On-site workshops are available for studios in the region and beyond.
Will you work with direct competitors?
No. Engagements are exclusive within a category for the duration of the work, and everything is covered by an NDA. Your strategy stays yours.
